Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
To initiate a return contact:
The item must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
• unused
• in original condition
• in original packaging
If damaged, worn, or altered - refund may be reduced proportionally.
Custom-made or personalized items may not be returned unless defective.
Return Shipping Costs
Paid by the Buyer if:
• outside Baltics
• item value below €50
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving returned goods to the original payment method.
Seller may withhold refund until goods are received or proof of return is provided.
Defective Items
If the item has a manufacturing defect:

• repair
• replacement

Complaints are answered within 15 days.
