Definitions

Distance Contract
If a consumer purchases goods through this website, the mutual agreement shall be considered a distance contract and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including but not limited to:
• The Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia
• Cabinet of Ministers Regulations regarding Distance Contracts
• Other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia

The contract becomes valid after successful payment and confirmation email.
If order cannot be fulfilled - refund within 14 days.

Severability
If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain effective.
Governing Law
Disputes resolved under laws of the Republic of Latvia via negotiation, Consumer Rights Centre or court.
